Kennedy encloses a letter from William C. Hull, Executive Assistant, Civil Service Commission, regarding a position in the Postal Transportation Service. In postscript, he writes: "I regret I cannot be of greater help to you." Framed with accompanying letter and postmarked envelope. 15 1/4 x 13 1/2 inches.
