after an example possibly made by John Townsend, having a rectangular top with a pierced gallery over the plain frieze raised on fluted square legs joined by brackets and an X-form stretcher, the underside inscribed further retaining a Winterthur Museum Collections card detailing the table and its history, set in the original box. Height 2 1/4 x width 2 7/8 x depth 1 3/4 inches.
