Folio, full vellum with ornate stamped central design, title page in red and black with olive tree printer's device without mention of printer's name, text in three columns (Greek text, Beza's and Vulgate Latin) with extensive notes at foot of page. "Beza's fourth and last major edition ... No other Greek Testament agrees so closely to the text which underlies the English N.T. in King James' Bible." (D & M) Loss to spine with some tape repair to vellum; corner f.f.e.p. torn; some intermittent brownspotting.
