Two Chinese carved ivory figures raised on wooden oval bases. One depicting an older man with a long dark beard wearing long robes and holding an cane with an animal's head at top, presumably a sage figure. The other depicting a feamle figure holding a basket of flowers, presumably a Quanyin. Height of female carved figure 6.9 inches. Height of male figure 5.9 inches.
