the cup carved in high relief with figural scenes including a man over a cauldron, a figure cooking and a reclining old man with an attending carrying a tray with tea seated next to a flowing stream under pine trees, the side of the cup carved with a cliff having a poetic inscription carved in relief, the handle in the form of a pine tree wrapping over the lip of the cup. Please note that the handle of the cup has been broken and repaired with some losses to the horn material. * Width over handle 5 1/8 x height 5 1/2 inches.
