depicting a robed woman with floral headdress and flowing scarves, holding a footed dish containing five peaches, to her side a tree stump containing a perched parrot with a small boy carved below, the reverse of the carving showing flowing scarves and the tree trunk with raised leaves and grape clusters, having an incised two-character mark at the side, raised atop a rectangular ivory base with plinth form base further raised atop four squat bracket feet. Height of coral 8 3/4; height overall 9 3/8 inches.
