circa 1840, the three-quarter gallery is carved with a foliate design above a rectangular top with a gadrooned edge; the base having drawer, hidden by the simple, convex, moulded frieze. It rests atop scrolled, front supports that display shell-form and rosette carving, and support a concave platform base with a mirrored back, all on lion paw feet. Height 36 x width 41 1/2 x depth 20 inches.
