Birmingham: John Baskerville, 1764. 4to, rebound in 3/4 blue calf, gilt-lettered spine, renewed endpaper. First edition of one of only two medical works published by Baskerville. Second state of the title page, dated 1764 (first state incorrectly dated 1762). Some underlining; pages toned; a few tape repairs; bookplate and library card holder tipped to pastedowns.
