having a shaped rectangular top with leather writing surface and gilt edges, the corners decorated with masks in relief, having a central long drawer flanked by two short drawers, each with stylized handles and foliate escutcheon, the right hand drawer opening to reveal a fitted interior, raised on shaped legs surmounted with satyr masks and terminating in paw feet.
