Jennens & Bettridge (English, Late 19th century), black lacquered papier mache tea tray with shaped body with two large circular recessed niches for securely holding serving containers flanking center compartment accented with hand painted gilt heraldic crowned and leaved crest above ribbon that reads "ENGLAND". Tray (possibly top to table) with additional gilt accents on border in the form of a ribbon with scrolling and shell motif. Marked on bottom with impressed text "J. BETTRIDGE LATE JENNENS & BETRIDGE BIRMINGHAM". Tray height 1.25", width 28.25", depth 16.125". _x000D_
