A collection of photograph collages of the 1971 and 1972 Blackhawks, pasted down onto carved board plaques, including two team photographs and 24 player photographs. Six of the player photographs are signed in black marker, including the following: Doug Jarrett, Eric Nesterenko, Chico Maki, Bryan Campbell, Paul Shmyr and a double photograph of General Manager Tommy Ivan and Coach Billy Reay.
