The Hamilton Light Artillery having been accepted by the Government for the duration of the War, and the Company mustered in, and received orders to be in readiness, will accept a few more able-bodied recruits to fill up the Company. A Roll will be found at Camp Todd, Flushing. Pay, which has now been increased to $14 a month, will commence immediately on signing the Roll..." Stamped "State of New York. Bureau of Military Statistics. Jul. 2, 1866" to verso; some light creases from folds. 16 x 11 1/4 inches.
