19th century. Pair of two matching bronze metal Neoclassical style conservatory planters with verdi gras patina. Each with three nude figures draped with ribbons standing and holding reticulated flared basket form over their heads and standing on a circular base decorated with flowered and leaved swags. Figural planters supported on three paw feet. According to the consignor, pair of planters were purchased from Travis Antiques in Atlanta, Georgia in October of 1993. Height 36.5 inches. Diameter of top 20.125 inches.
