Cleveland: The World Publishing Company, 1966. 8vo, imitation vellum with closure ties, gilt titles to spine and decoration to front cover, in publisher's green clamshell box with maroon velvet lining. With bibliographical notes in separate pamphlet laid in. Boards slightly bowed with minor age darkening; otherwise in very fine condition.
