Ralph Prata (American, Contemporary). Carved concrete abstracted artwork depicting a figure holding a doll or totem with both hands at the side of his face. Carving in recessed frame. Signed, titled and numbered below carving "99/150, KEEPERS, PRATA". Overall framed 20.25" sqaure. Carving approximately 12" square. Ralph Prata works in upstate New York and has been making concrete carvings in the Adirondack Mountains since the late 1970s. His work has been featured on the cover and in a featured article in The Crafts Report, October 2005. Provenance: From the Collection of Walter and Alice Glenn, Alpharetta, Georgia.
