Porcelain lidded urn samson lamp with pink and purple floral, lattice, gilt accented and scrolled foliate decoration on exterior with swan and lion heraldic motif on one side of body. Raised on a hexagonal dore bronze base. Unmarked. Height to top of porcelain and brass finial 22.9". Provenance: Church Street Galleries, Charleston, South Carolina whereby acquired by Mrs. Dorothy Edwards, Atlanta, Georgia in 1998.
