Group of nine unmatched porcelain bird figurines manufactured by Karl Ens of Volkstedt, Germany, circa 1919-1972 comprising of a pair of pheasants (one with tail raised, likely male and female) standing on a white base; a pair of complementary pheasants with raised long feathered tails; a pair of complementary yellow canaries perched on white branch forms; a male pink, grey and black bullfinch perched on white branch; a figural group with black and grey birds with pointed beaks (that appear to be some type of shorebird); a figural group with baby birds (one with open mouth); and a blue and yellow feathered bird tilting downward. All marked on bottom.
