A set of 3 stereoview photographs featuring Chicago before the Great Chicago Fire, and after rebuilding. Chicago: Lovejoy and Foster, 1871-1873 Measuring 3 1/2 x 7 inches. Pre-fire photographs feature Michigan Avenue north from 13th Street, and from the Dome of City Hall, looking south east. Post-fire photograph features the LaSalle Street station, demolished in 1903. Light foxing to 1 photograph; otherwise fine.
