Chinese archaic Shang Dynasty style bronze ritual food vessel or gui with heavily oxidized and weathered verdi gras patina. Vessel with serpentine antlered animal handles on sides of neck. Additional applied animal decoration on exterior of body. Vessel with birds and other animals and geometric swirling patterning in shallow surface ornamentation. Raised on two resting animal back's (possibly antlered deer) at bottom. Unmarked. Height 6.75", width (handle to handle) 4.5".
