the hood with pierced fretwork centering and flanked by brass ball-and-spire finials, the glazed arched door opening to a painted dial with Roman hours and Arabic minutes, with seconds dial and calendar aperture, the whole decorated with flowers, the hood and trunk flanked with corinthian columns having brass capitals and bases, raised on bracket feet.
