"Japan" pattern, first quarter 19th century, having gilt gadrooned edges and central painted decoration of chinoiserie landscapes; comprised of fifteen trays, teapot, creamer, sugar, twelve tea cups, eight saucers, fifteen large bowls, twenty three small bowls, nine rectangular bowls, twenty seven dinner plates, fifteen luncheon plates, four covered tureens, two covered urns, and one centerpiece bowl, a total of 139 pieces. Height of covered urn 14 inches.
