French, 19th century. Stained oak wood buffet du corps in provincial style with carved folk art like serpentine flower and stem decoration throughout accented with brass metal tacking. Top portion with brass accented cornice above three storage shelves with turned spool registers. Lower portion with pull out drawer at top with large lattice and patterned hardware above two hinged paneled doors with matching hardware and floral motif. Buffet deux corps with shaped skirt and raised on four feet (front two decorated and of bracket form). Height 80.25", width 47.75". depth 23.7".
