Chinese, Late 19th/Early 20th century. Export textile panel composed of silk and metallic threads embroidered on silk ground depicting a large winged brown American eagle below thirteen stars surrounding pink ribbons with text "E. PLURIBIS UNUM" (roughly translated "One of Out of Many"). Bird with two crossed American flags and flag motif shield. Also with crossed flags with shamrocks on light blue. Framed 27" x 32.5". Unframed 20" x 26".
