An original hand drawn placard from the John Lennon and Yoko Ono anti-war Bed-In demonstration, which took place in Montreal in May of 1969. The placard features an ink sketched message reading "Hair Peace," along with a doodle of Lennon as the sun, wearing his signature round glasses, shining above a cloud labeled "Yoko." In the upper left corner of the placard is an address for Hobbs Agency. Inscribed along the lower margin is the location, "Montreal," followed by Lennon's signature and the year, with Ono's signature appearing below. The placard was displayed on the wall to the right side of the bed and is prominently featured in the corresponding documentary film of the event. 28 by 22 inches Categories: John Lennon
