Designed as a chain suspending a diamond “TCB” above a thunderbolt, set with 32 full-cut round diamonds totaling 1. 00ct. and graded H-J color and VS-SI clarity. The necklace weighs 17.9 grams and is 25 inches long. The necklace was given to Dr. Nick (George Nichopoulos, personal physician to Elvis Presley) by Presley, who personally placed it around the doctor’s neck. The majority of the TCB necklaces were simply made of gold; this necklace is unique in that it is accented with diamonds. Housed here with a photograph of Presley wearing the necklace. A copy of Dr .
