A black leather belt, covered in silver tone metal badges, with large buckle cartouche centering on a fleur-de-lis. The interior of the belt is signed in silver marker "To Bush Michael Jackson." The belt is additionally marked on the interior in Bush's hand "Opt #2 Bad Tour 1989."
