A Bill Belew costume sketch of Elvis Presley's 1968 Comeback Special costume. The sketch is signed in the lower left "Ok Elvis" and "Bill Belew 1968" in the lower right. Affixed to the sketch at the upper right are a piece of black leather and a piece of black silk. A note beside these reads "Black jean jacket and pants as per sample." Belew began his association with Presley in 1968 and continued working with Presley, making his distinctive jumpsuits until the end of Presley's career.
