Though Foreman was heavily favored and seemed to dominate much of the fight, Ali surprised the world by knocking out Foreman in the eighth round. Pictured is the knockout blow; the original photo was taken by Ken Regan and featured on the cover of the November 11, 1974, issue of Sports Illustrated . Signed by Ali in gold marker.
