The group includes a Los Angeles Kings commemorative puck featuring an image of Gretzky and reads "Wayne Gretzky/ 99/ All Time Scoring Record/ 1851 Points/ October 15, 1989." The puck is signed by Gretzky in black marker and numbered "1521/1851." The group also includes a limited edition image of Gretzky in his Rangers uniform signed in blue marker.
