A white long-sleeved blouse with black threading on the front and sleeves, with an adjustable neckline that ties with a ribbon, worn by Phyllis Diller at the Thalions Garden Party in 1996, with a knee-length white skirt, both no labels. Together with a black velvet pillbox hat covered in coiled white feathers, worn by Diller to the party and also in a photoshoot taken by Sid Avery in 1978. The hat is made by Raymond Hudd Hat Studios in Chicago and has a handwritten label within that reads "6991,” housed in a custom-made transparent hatbox with bright pink lid and base.
