Three printed maxi dresses owned by Elizabeth Taylor. The first is a long-sleeve dress printed with colorful psychedelic flowers and swirls with cuffs that are heavily embellished with large rhinestones, faux crystals, bugle beads, sequins and paillettes circa late 1960s. No label or size present. The second is a short-sleeve A-line dress that ties at the front and is printed with large butterflies and circles on an emerald and white ground circa 1970s. A label reads "Frankie Welch Alexandria, Virginia." Welch is best known for printed scarves and designing Betty Ford's gown worn to her husband's presidential inauguration.
