A pale green silk faille hostess gown worn by Gene Tierney in The Mating Season (Paramount, 1951). The gown has a fitted bodice with large revers and a triangular panel center back. The skirt is full with side pockets. A Paramount label reads "Gene Teirney." Costume design by Oleg Cassini, Tierney's husband at the time. Accompanied by a matching belt with a Paramount stamp that is not original to the costume. Categories:
