The molds are also made of wood and built-up leather with a metal heel plate. The top of each is removable. Also accompanied by paper patterns labeled "Sammy." The Dean Martin shoe molds are labeled "Dino 7." The molds are made of wood and built-up leather. Accompanied by Di Fabrizio Bottega notepaper with a boot drawing dated "September 1982," blank Di Fabrizio Bottega order card, two leather insoles and various paper patterns.
