A Rawlings Official American League Baseball (MacPhail) used in batting and/or fielding practice and signed on site during the 1979 World Series at Memorial Stadium in Baltimore, Maryland. The ball is signed on all four panels by 13 players from both the Baltimore Orioles and Pittsburgh Pirates including Pirates players Willie Stargell, Dave Parker, Bert Blyleven, Mike Easler, Kent Tekulve, Joe Coleman and manager Chuck Tanner; and Orioles players Ken Singleton, Dave Skaggs, Doug DeCines, Lee May. Two signatures on the baseball are illegible. The ball is accompanied by three 1979 World Series Press Passes from Memorial Stadium. Accompanied by a letter of authenticity from PSA/DNA.
