The ball features 27 signatures on all four panels including Honorary American League Captain Joe DiMaggio, and by American League All-Stars including Carl Yastrzemski, Reggie Jackson, George Brett, Rod Carew, Carlton Fisk, Jim Palmer, Graig Nettles, Ron Fairly, Richie Zisk, Larry Hisle, Dave LaRoche, Fred Lynn, George Scott, Bill Campbell, Rick Burleson, Ruppert Jones, Ken Singleton, Bert Campaneris, Dennis Eckersley and Sparky Lyle. The ball is additionally signed by National League manager Sparky Anderson, Dave Garcia and Jeff Torborg. One panel reads in blue ink "77 All Star N.Y." All signatures in blue ink.
