The front of the jersey features the Celtics logo in white arched tackle twill lettering over Bird's number "33" in white block twill numbering. The back of the jersey features “BIRD” in white arched tackle twill lettering over the repeating “33.” The right "3" on the front of the jersey is signed "Larry Bird" in green marker. A Champion manufacturer’s tag is stitched into the front bottom right of the jersey. The tag features the NBA logo as well as a year ID tag that reads "Year 1991/ ID #/ Body Length +3,” with size “46” tag stitched beside. The jersey is accompanied by a certificate of authenticity from Upper Deck Authenticated and a letter from former Celtics equipment manager Wayne Lebeaux, stating that this jersey originated from his Celtics game used items collection; Lebeaux originally sold the jersey from his collection in 1999.
