The ball is signed on all four panels in blue ink by 25 Cardinals team members including Roger Maris, Lou Brock, Bob Gibson, Orlando Cepeda, Steve Carlton, Curt Flood, Tim McCarver, Larry Jaster, Dick Sisler, Dal Maxvill (twice), Dick Hughes, Phil Gagliano, Alex Johnson, Al Jackson, Hal Woodeshick, Bobby Tolan, Ed Spiezio, Julian Javier, Jack Lamabe, Ray Washburn, and Ted Savage.
