The collection includes press pins from All-Star games in the following years: New York 1977, Seattle 1979, Cleveland 1981 (2), Montreal 1982, Chicago (AL) 1983 (2), San Francisco 1984, Minnesota 1985 (2), Houston 1986 (2), Cincinnati 1988 (2), and Anaheim 1989 (2). The collection also includes All-Star charms from Seattle 1979 (3) and Houston 1986. The majority of the pins are housed in their original presentation boxes.
