A letter handwritten by Princess Diana to Judy Gaselee. The letter is written on two pages of Kensington Palace stationery, one page double-sided, and dated January 18, 1984. In it Diana thanks Gaselee for an invitation to lunch and describes a recent skiing trip. Diana notes she is "hopeless at leaving our small man behind..." referring to the then 2-year-old Prince William. Signed "With much love from both of us Diana." Gaselee's husband, Nick, was a friend and horse trainer to Prince Charles. Gaselee's daughter Sarah-Jane was a bridesmaid in the royal wedding.
