An unidentified showgirl costume circa 1954 designed by Edith Head. The costume comprises a nude mesh leotard with back zip embellished with jet-like sequins and an extended sequined spiral with pink ostrich plumes that juts from the hip and a black sequin headdress embellished with black and pink ostrich feathers. The headdress is inscribed "Jean Smith" to the interior. Accompanied by two additional sequined spiral pieces. Julien's Auctions sold a sketch of this costume on April 4, 2004.
