A twice-signed Frank Sinatra permit issued by the State of California to carry a concealed firearm. The permit is numbered “87-3137” and dated April 30, 1989. The typed permit lists Sinatra’s personal information and gives the reason for the permit as “Self Protection” and lists the firearms that Sinatra can carry. Counter-signed by the Chief of Police in Cathedral City. Sinatra’s thumbprint has been pressed into the lower left corner.
