A 1984-1985 Daytime Emmy trophy presented to Mary K. Wells by The National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences for Outstanding Drama Series Writing Team for All My Children (ABC, 1970-2011). Accompanied by a copy of an All My Children Long Term Story Projection for the Winter & Spring 1987, a document that provides insight into the writing approach of a serial drama; an All My Children gold tone pin celebrating the 20-year anniversary of the program (1970-1990), butterfly clutch clasp; and photocopied newspaper articles regarding Wells. Wells was part of the writing team for All My Children from 1973 to 1993. Her first career was as an actress. She was nominated for 14 Daytime Emmys and won two. Wells passed away in 2000.
