A copy of Fantasia (1940) inscribed by Walt Disney to artist Bennett Bradbury and hand illustrated, circa 1946, with 19 one-of-a-kind personalized drawings by the Disney animators, including John Hench (ink and watercolor with inscribed Salvador Dali quote), Joshua Meador (sepia ink drawing titled "The Mad Puppeteer"; Meador additionally signed the book on a later page), Ward Kimball (pen and ink drawing), Edwin Aardal (graphite drawing), George Rowley (pen and ink with color pencil), Brad Case (color pencil drawing), Fred Jones (graphite, pen and watercolor drawing), Charles Payzant (watercolor painting; Payzant additionally signed the book on a later page), Hugh Hennesy (graphite drawing), Bill de la Torre (graphite and color pencil sketch), Don Towsley (graphite drawing), Jack Buckley (graphite and ink drawing), Jim Bodrero (pen and watercolor), Clyde "Gerry" Geronimi (graphite, pen and watercolor), Eldon Dedini (ink drawing), Jacques Roberts (graphite drawing), among others. Most of the images are inscribed with well wishes for Bradbury. The subject matter of the images ranges from caricatures of Bradbury as an artist or puppeteer, some Disney characters, as well as images bordering on crude with subject matter not often seen in Disney animation for children. Bradbury left Disney to pursue a successful fine art career painting seascapes.
