A Spalding Official National League Baseball (Feeney) used in batting and/or fielding practice and signed on-site at the 1971 World Series by members of the Pittsburgh Pirates. The ball is signed by 14 team members of the Pirates including Roberto Clemente, Willie Stargell, Bill Mazeroski, Dave Cash, Gene Clines, Dock Ellis, Dave Giusti, Jackie Hernandez, Bob Johnson, Al Oliver, Jose Pagan, Bob Robertson, Manny Sanguillen, and Bob Veale. In the 1971 World Series, the Pirates defeated the Baltimore Orioles in seven games, and Clemente was named the series Most Valuable Player.
