A seat back from the original Yankee Stadium in the Bronx, New York. The blue plastic seat back is numbered "8." The Yankees number 8 is notable for being the only uniform number that has been retired twice, once for Hall of Fame inductee and 13-time World Series champion Yogi Berra and again for Hall of Fame inductee and 14-time World Series champion Bill Dickey. Affixed to the seat front is a plaque that reads "Yankee Stadium/ April 18, 1923 - September 21, 2008." The seat back was used in, and removed from, the original Yankee Stadium in 2008. The seat back was manufactured by American Seating of Grand Rapids, Michigan. Affixed to the seat back is a Major League Baseball numbered hologram.
