A group of three typewritten and signed letters and one card from Joan Crawford to Bill Seay, from 1955 to 1959. The letters are on Joan Crawford stationery. The first, dated May 11, 1955, is a short letter that ends with "we're the two happiest people in the world"; the second is dated January 31, 1958, thanking Seay for the Christmas greeting and note; the third is dated March 22, 1959, thanking Seay for the birthday and Easter greetings and with a handwritten portion below that reads "Bless You Joan p.s. it just wouldn't be a birthday without a message from you." The card is dated January 24, 1956, from New York City and is accompanied by a letter from M.S. Luft to Crawford that talks about Seay's painting of Judy.
