A collection of three handwritten letters from Ira Gershwin to Richard Conte discussing various subjects, including the assumed earnings from a bet (dated May 6, 1958); a demo of songs from Kiss Me Stupid which Gershwin appears to be asking Conte to present to Frank Sinatra for his opinion (dated April 20, 1967); and Gershwin's pleasure in hearing that "Frank" will be singing "Crush," likely referring to "I've Got a Crush on You," written by George and Ira Gershwin (dated March 15, 1968). All are signed in ink "Ira." Also includes two notes and a telegram from Ira's wife, Lee Gershwin.
