A typed, signed letter from Alfred Hitchcock to Carmine Santullo, Ed Sullivan's personal secretary. The letter is written on Warner Bros. Studio stationery, dated May 31, 1956, and signed by Hitchcock in black ink. In the letter, Hitchcock is declining an invitation to The Ed Sullivan Show's 8th Anniversary program that aired on June 24, 1956 on CBS.
