The blue jersey with white collar and cuffs features an Argentina Football embroidered team logo patch stitched into the upper left chest, with manufacturer's "Le Coq Sportif" logo printed on the upper right chest. Maradona's uniform number "10" is screen-printed on the back of the jersey. Maradona was the captain of the 1986 Argentina team and led the team to victory in the 1986 World Cup. Maradona scored five goals in the tournament in addition to creating five goals for his teammates. The jersey is accompanied by the pair of socks that Maradona wore in the game against Grasshoppers. The jersey originates from the collection of Jose Luis Brown, a teammate of Maradona's on the 1986 Argentina national team and fellow 1986 World Cup champion.
