An original black and white wire photograph depicting Muhammad Ali pumping his fist with his one-fight manager, wrestler Freddie Blassie, in the foreground. The photograph was originally taken in Tokyo, Japan, in June 1976. Ali had agreed to an exhibition fight against Japanese professional wrestler Antonio Inoki. Ali had enlisted the help of Blassie to train him on the techniques of professional wrestling in advance of the fight as well as to work his corner with Ali's manager Angelo Dundee during the fight. The photograph is stamped "The Nikkan Sports News Photo" on verso. The photograph is accompanied by a print of a black and white photograph of Blassie posing in his wrestling trunks on a stool. The photograph is signed by Blassie in black marker and is accompanied by a certificate of authenticity from PSA/DNA.
